Madeira Wine

Madeira wine is a fortified wine from the Portuguese Madeira islands, created by putting the islands "noble grapes" through variants of a process called estufagem that emulates the long voyages through tropical climates, creating the caramel taste maderia wine is famous for. We offer drinking madeira wine, that contain no salt or pepper, as opposed to the cooking varieties popularised by the Benelux countries. When properly corked, madeira wine outlasts all others, remaining in excellent condition after centuries of storage. Furthermore, madeira wine can be re-stoppered and stored for months, rather than day, before deteriorating.
