Single-Grower Champagne
Besides our love of artisanal champagne is an enduring admiration for the récoltante-manipulant - the producer of single-grower champagnes. That is to say one who grows, hand-harvests and vinifies base wines for assemblage and second fermentation - all under one roof, as it were. No out-sourcing of wines or of fruit from beyond its own borders.
