2023 Saint-Véran Réserve, Collovray et Terrier

This, too, is unoaked and is full of beautifully judged tropical fruit, citrus and acacia honey. Again, a very modest price for so classy a wine."

This came top in our recent tasting of wines from the appellation - a gently honeyed and creamy-textured chardonnay, with hints of tropical fruit beautifully balanced by the dryness and minerality of its limestone subsoil.
