2012 Ronan by Clinet, Bordeaux

Deep in colour, with intense plum and blackberry fruit.Forward and expressive with an alluring, almost exotic perfume, and comples spice notes.Dense and textured on the palate, with ripe, chewy black fruits. Youthful certainly, but with an appealing roundness and depth not often found in this vintage. Lots of dark plums and damson fruit here - very right-bank in style, serious and profound with an ethereal, perfumed character and a rich, pleasing finish.
