“Tempranillo, Graciano, Garnacha and Mazuelo. Completely destemmed, fermented at 30ºC for 20 days. Aged in used American and French oak for two years. Very clean and pure expression showing fleshy red and blue berries, cedar notes, cloves, tobacco and tea leaves. It has moderate and integrated acidity, quite delicate on the palate for such an intense nose, classy earthy tannins and lingering sensation based on sweet spices. It is an authentic and pure rioja style, very good wine."”
