2023 'Alegra' Verdejo, Bodegas Pandora, Rueda

A lovely example of Verdejo – one of Spain’s most characterful white grapes. If you’ve never tried, it has a sauvignon feel to it – floral and aromatic on the nose, with ripe pear and green apple fruit. A fresh, zippy style with a luscious citrus spring in its step and a verdant, herbaceous character. Perfect aperitif, and a versatile partner for summer cuisine.
