Made entirely from estate-grown pinot noir, Guilleminot’s Brut Rosé combines fresh strawberry and vibrant red-berry fruit with fine bubbles, lovely freshness and impressive length. Its beautiful salmon-pink colour comes naturally from the addition of the family’s own Coteaux Champenois red wine — itself made specifically for this cuvée. Generous, elegant and wonderfully refreshing, it makes a superb aperitif and an inspired partner for summer berry desserts.
