While often utilised in Rose champagnes, Pinot Noir Champagnes are characterised by their fuller profile, richer characters and sensual finishes. While no two vintages may be the same due to variation in proportion of Pinot Noir to Pinot Meunier grapes, these champagnes are the epitome of elegance; ranging from light, youthful styles that are almost lemony in their finish, to savoury cuveés with textured mouthfeels.
