Tasting Note
From the fine 2025 vintage is absolutely textbook – a lovely expression of the chardonnay grape at its purest. It’s lively, intense with pronounced green apple and citrus fruit. Vinified in stainless steel to give maximum freshness and aroma. Crisp and refined with the classic Chablis flintiness and seaspray ‘zip’ to complement the bright, white-fruit flavours. A classy wine, with a long, impressive finish. Glorious with smoked salmon, oysters & shellfish.
