An excellent dry Riesling from Alsace. The nose is so complex with apricot fruits, yellow and white fruits, saffron, ginger and even incense notes. On the palate the wine is full, balanced and spicy on the finish. Try this with creamy curry sauces or spicy Asian food with lots of ginger.
