Pale green-gold in the glass, this unoaked Bourgogne Aligoté bursts with fresh grape, green apple and citrus aromas, lifted by a mineral edge. Lively yet perfectly balanced, it's fermented in stainless steel for pure, bright fruit and smooth acidity. Best enjoyed young, though it will age gracefully for up to eight years.
