A true "Vin de France" - a blend of Chardonnays from the Languedoc (70%), Gascogne (15%) and the Loire (15%). Unoaked and fermented in steel tanks to preserve freshness, this is a deliciously fruit forward style. A rounded pallet of green apples and citrus notes are balanced by zippy acidity.

Purchased 2 bottles in the January sale to try before committing to a larger order. An enjoyable unoaked blend, great for an everyday white Vin de France, but lacked a little for me in complexity. Pleasant enough but wouldn't be a repeat purchase at haste.
