2024 Mâcon-Lugny 'Les Genièvres', Domaine Talmard

Following the hugely successful 2023 vintage, Benjamin and Mallory Talmard have once again produced a beautifully balanced White Burgundy that overdelivers for the price. Unlike many Mâcon wines produced in large volumes by the local co-operatives, the Talmards remain uncompromising in both vineyard and winery, selecting only the finest fruit to create wines of remarkable purity and character.

The result is everything I've come to expect from this family estate: generous orchard fruit, creamy texture, impressive concentration and a long, satisfying finish. Quite simply, another superb White Burgundy that I would recommend without hesitation.
