2022 Garrus, Château d'Esclans, Côtes de Provence
Indisputably Château d'Esclans’ crowning glory. Garrus is made of grenache from a single vineyard of nearly 100-year-old vines, and from rolle (vermentino). Fermented and aged entirely in large French oak barrels for 11 months, the powerful, elegant Garrus was at the heart of Sacha Lichine's vision in 2006 to elevate rosé wine production to the highest level of craftsmanship.
Today, the label is firmly established as a world class, iconic luxury rosé as exemplified in the 2022: an impressive and concentrated rosé with a creamy finish featuring rich and spicy notes rivalling any top white wine or prestige champagne.
