ABOUT THIS WINE
Made with 100% malbec carefully hand-picked at their best vineyard sites in Mendoza, the Blue Melosa is matured in new american oak barrels for 14 months and then aged in the bottle for a further 12 months prior to release. In the glass there's a deep ruby colour hinting at the concentration and complexity to follow, the nose is laced with sweet red fruit, cherries and black currant which follow through to the palate which is powerful and concentrated, with dark fruit and a spicy structure.

The 2019 in the Winter sale wasn’t available in the Dedham shop when I stopped by to collect my order but took the 2020 to try and enjoyed it. Deep cherry red in the glass, concentrated flavours in the mouth and intense berry notes. I didn’t go back to buy more or the 2019 in the sale but still a nice glass.
