2019 Cabernet Sauvignon, Chateau Ste Michelle, Columbia Valley, Washington
Chateau Ste Michelle is Washington's oldest winery. This wine is perfectly smooth, there are blackcurrants, blackberries and vanilla on the nose and similar black fruits on the palate, subtle vanilla and cedar.

2021 Cepas Single Vineyard Malbec, Penedo Borges, Mendoza
Kicks off with expressive, minty blackberry fruit on the nose with notes of roasted coffee and perhaps a sizzling, smoky barbecue. Strikingly fresh and pure for a Malbec, with warm, sweetish bramble fruit, savoury spice and soft ripe tannins. Really characterful and well-balanced.

2012 Pinot Noir, Angela Estate, Abbott Claim, Oregon
Rusty brick hue, cranberry and cherry fruit on the nose with perfumed, jammy nuances along with earthy, mushroom, and gamey aromas. Utterly classic, aged pinot. On the palate, rich, juicy red fruit with a certain meatiness and more hints of mushroom and game that lead to a long, juicy, elegant finish with a subtly cool, lingering saline streak.
