"...the 2023 Bodega Otto Bestué Finca Santa Sabina Cabernet Sauvignon made from hand-picked, destemmed, cold-macerated, slow-fermented, oak-aged Cabernet. Deep, dark and intense and full of blackberry, blackcurrant and blueberry notes, it’s soft and silky and absolutely ready to go.

Purchased after seeing it as a Wine of the Week and delighted with it, lots of lovely bramble fruit, quite a hefty hit of oak but soft on the palate, really is a cracking Spanish bottle of joy for £20. Great find and something I wouldn’t have normally chosen, so thank you for featuring it and expanding my palate.
