2025 Orange Wine, 'If you know you know', Languedoc

This distinctive, orange-styled wine undergoes an initial week-long pre-fermentation maceration at a cool temperature, extracting a bright, pale orange colour. Intense aromas of bitter oranges, dried flowers and slightly nutty hints. Fresh, vivid and well-balanced, with a nice acidity; the aromas carry through to the palate. The finish is long, intense and complex.
