It is rare to see aged Australian wines outside of Penfolds and Henschke so take advantage of this chance to buy a 2012 Grenache / Mataro (Mourvèdre) red and a 2016 Semillon. Both come from the Mitchell winery nestling in the Western Hills of Clare Valley, South Australia. This area is world-renowned particularly for its white wines with semillon and riesling, and the Mitchell family, now third generation winemakers, also make a cracking red. We have a small parcel of both wines, 20 cases only of each wine which have been bottle-aged an additional four years compared to the current winery release and are for drinking this year. Available, with a special price of £12 a bottle (usually £14.95), £144 for a case of 12 with free delivery.
