Frerejean Frères
Since 2005, the cuvées of Frerejean Frères have been among the most prized to come out of Champagne. Today, they are sold in hand-selected outlets around the world, and can be found listed in many of its finest restaurants. The Frerejean-Taittinger family take a small-scale approach where, at their winery based in the highly prestigious, Grand Cru village of Avize, they produce only Premier and Grand Cru wines with fruit selected only from the best parcelles. A great reverence for tradition is upheld in their approach to working what is supreme terroir, whilst their focus on modern-day craftsmanship makes for champagnes of exceptional complexity and elegance.
