2018 Bourgogne Pinot Noir, Vieilles Vignes, Joseph Voillot

It is our belief that everyone should have a case of Joseph Voillot's Bourgogne Rouge to enjoy. The pure nose of freshly crushed strawberries leads to a lovely texture, surprisingly mouthfilling weight considering how lifted the nose is. This is a pinot noir of precise, lean, perfumed and elegant style, a "Baby Volnay", if you will, and a bargain to boot.
