A lovely, persistent mousse releasing aromas of ripe orchard fruit, citrus and a subtle, toasty nuance. Pure, vibrant palate, more ripe orchard fruit, pear and apple, citrus and subtle stone-fruit notes. A slight biscuity character follows for a dry, crisp finish and velvety, creamy mouthfeel.
