2019 Stone's Throw Pinot Noir, Greenhough, Nelson
Perfumed and alluring on the nose - very pinot, with smoky, sweetish cherry and raspberry fruit. Intense, layered and textured on the palate with luscious red berry flavours and supple tannins.
2019 Road Block Chardonnay, Greenhough, Nelson
A bright, lemon-scented chardonnay with a fresh, apricot ripeness. 10 months in French oak barrels adds a touch of spice, and a creamy, biscuit character to the warm, luscious orchard fruits. The finish is pleasing with tangy citrus freshness. Delicious with seafood.
