22022 Albariño, Abadia do Seixo, Bodegas Pazo de Villarei
This is an expressive, forward style of albariño, shining with ripe citrus fruit and tangy green apple flavours. Classic albariño minerality, with pretty floral aromas and a crisp, fresh, luscious palate. Delicious!
2022 Racine Picpoul de Pinet, Languedoc-Roussillon
Grown from old vines whose deep network of roots extract the wonderful terroir flavours that nuance what is gorgeously ripe, Picpoul fruit. Hints of pineapple, tropical fruits and a subtle, chalky minerality; dry and full-bodied, charming mouth feel and a long finish. Such qualities are why Picpoul has become a staple on every good restaurant wine list, and Brunos is by far one of the finer weve tasted.
