A chardonnay/pinot noir 70/30% blend, picked by hand, basket-pressed, then bottle-aged for a minimum of five years prior to release. A rich yet delicate cuvée with an ultra-refined mousse, hints of honey, tropical fruit and fig on the palate.

Culver Classic Cuvée, Langham Wine Estate, Dorset;
Delicate, juicy stone fruit, crunchy red apple, herbs, hints of green tea and chamomile flavours, all carried by a refined but rich, creamy mousse. Medium length; nice freshness combining with spice and minerality on the finish.
