2015 Meursault 'Les Tillets', Patrick Javillier

Tillets is a cuvée that demonstrates perfectly how vines perform best in poorer soils. Very fine in an elegant, driven and classy style, the 2015 has a wonderful spine of acidity fleshed out by gorgeous citrus fruit and creamy undertones. 

"Lovely, lively, fresh, juicy wine; this is superb in 2015. It has its characteristic notes of lime blossom, a lovely layer of flesh on the bones, but it is the lively follow-through that impresses most. The bouquet needs time to develop further. Drink 2018-2024" Jasper Morris MW
