Passion fruit, melon and citrus, and a touch of European class, with freshly cut grass and crushed aromatic herbs. Savoury, spicy textural character to the expressive tropical fruit with some weight, and almost creamy, rich texture.

2019 Pinot Gris, Hospices De Colmar
Soft, supple, aromatic and creamy and, while rich and exotically fruity, it finishes delectably dry.
