2016 Château de Clotte, Côtes de Castillon
Lovely, rich berry fruit flavours and a hint of spice, tobacco and vanilla from its oak aging. Still youthful; when opened an hour beforehand, it blossoms in the glass.

2016 Petite Laurence, Bordeaux Supérieur
Dark fruits on the nose first, then cherry, plum, and cassis with light hints of perfumed violets. With five years in bottle savoury aromas of leather now developing too. Wondrously smooth palate; well-integrated dark fruit and a delicious savoury coolness on the finish.

2018 Château Moulin Eyquem, Côtes de Bourg 
A lovely claret with aromas of rich spicy fruit with a hint of tobacco. Remarkably fresh and complex with good acidity and balance.

2010 Château Laroche Bel-Air, Côtes de Bordeaux
This 2010 is now reaching peak maturity and very much classical in style with rich, sophisticated and complex lip-smacking fruit flavours and will continue at its peak for at least another five years.

2009 Château Perron, Graves Rouge
Remarkably fresh, elegantly perfumed nose; luscious black and red fruit also that continue through to an equally fresh, wonderfully balanced palate. Softened tannins, a creamy minerality and hint of spice that stamps the hallmark of classic Graves firmly upon it, yet with all the texture and warmth 2009 provided.

2015 Les Tours de Laroque, St-Emilion Grand Cru
Exceptional fruit character, plentiful tannins for a wonderful textural element; chalky, mineral freshness from limestone-planted vineyards and persistently zippy acidity.
