Jean-Marc Pillot

Jean-Marc Pillot is one of our Burgundian favourites, such is the quality and consistency of his wines. Few wines this year have got us more excited than his exceptional Chassagne-Montrachet. Alongside this we have chosen Jean-Marc's fantastic 1er Cru Chenevottes. The whites are now being bottled later, fifteen to eighteen months after the harvest, spending twelve months in barrel followed by three to six months in stainless steel vats, a practice followed by Jean-Marc's cousin Jacques Carillon for many years.
